What is the data freeze date?

What is included in my stay?

At the Grand Wailea, your stay includes your room accommodation. Breakfast and lunch will be included on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th day of your Wave.

Dinner and all beverages must be purchased separately.
What time is resort check-in?

Check-in at the Grand Wailea Maui is at 4 pm.
What time is resort check-out?

Check-out at the Grand Wailea Maui is at 12 pm.
What airport in Hawai'i will I need to fly into for the event?

The Kahului Airport (OGG) is Maui's major airport.
How far is the Kahului airport from the resort?

The airport is a 35–50 minute taxi/Uber ride to the Grand Wailea resort. Traffic is generally light depending on peak arrival times.
How do I earn or receive a flight credit?

You will earn a flight credit of up to $750 if you qualify as a Platinum or Gold rep. Silver reps will not be eligible for the credit.

In order to receive your flight credit reimbursement, you must book your confirmed flight and submit a reimbursement form.

If I qualified for a flight credit, will Vivint book my flight?

No. All travel arrangements, including booking and coordination, are the sole responsibility of each attendee.
Will transportation be provided?

Attendees are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own transportation to and from the resort.

Please note that Vivint will provide complimentary shuttle service to Kihei for lunch during your stay in Maui.
Can I bring a guest?

If you qualified as PLATINUM, a plus one is included, and Vivint will cover your room. You are responsible for purchasing your guest's flight. 

If you qualified as GOLD or SILVER, you may submit a request for a plus one. 

All submissions are subject to availability and leadership approval. All additional costs must be paid upfront in FULL prior to Wave 1 check-in.

Can I bring my child?

Children are welcome; you are responsible for covering the incremental cost.  

Maximum room occupancy is 4 per room (3 adults max) and is subject to availability.

Will food be provided?

At the Grand Wailea, breakfast will be included. 

Food vouchers will be provided for lunch at the Kihei food trucks in town.

Shuttles from the resort to the Kihei food trucks will be provided at no cost.
Is alcohol included?

No, a drink package will not be offered. 

All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased individually.
Can I attend if I'm pregnant?

Please consult with your physician prior to making any commitments to travel.
Can I extend my trip?

Requesting an extension is based on leadership approval and resort availability.  

All costs included with your extension will be at your own expense.

Can I upgrade my room?

The cost to upgrade varies depending on availability. Upgrades start at $1,360 for a private room and are subject to availability and leadership approval.

When is the cancellation deadline?

You have until Wednesday, October 16th to cancel
Will I be charged any fees if I cancel my trip?

Yes. A cancellation fee will be charged to your backend if you are assigned a room and decline to attend the trip AFTER the cancellation deadline.

This year's cancellation deadline is October 16, 2026.
